With breathtaking mountain views, on-site lodging, and proximity to all that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer, this venue is the perfect upgrade for your elopement.

At Let’s Elope Gatlinburg, we’re more than just your photographer - we’re your private venue connection, local Smokies guide, permit pro, timeline wrangler, and biggest cheerleader from “let’s do this” to “we’re officially married!”
Your elopement isn’t about a checklist - it’s about a day that feels completely like you. We’ll handle the planning, permits, and perfect lighting so you can focus on marrying your favorite person in a beautiful, private setting.
Our private venues have their own unique charm, considerations, and a few simple guidelines. We’ll go over everything together, but here are some quick highlights:
• Elopements at Trailhead Venues are available Monday-Thursday.
• For a Friday-Sunday date, access to The Grand Hall, or for guest counts greater than 30, please check out the standard wedding packages offered by Trailhead Venues.
• Fifteen additional minutes are provided before and after your scheduled time for arrival and any necessary setup or cleanup.
• Trailhead Venues is a brand new, premier wedding venue. It is under construction and available to book as early as March 2026! Images shown are currently RENDERINGS.
Trailhead Package One:
$4200
90 Minutes of Professional Photography for your ceremony and portraits. Time can be used for photos at your Trailhead cabin if staying on site, first looks, additional time for portraits, and/or photos with guests.
Package Includes:
- Invite 11 - 30 guests
- Chairs provided for all guests
- Access to the Trailhead Terrace & Greenhouse for your ceremony and/or portraits
- Photo ops at the Venue (outdoor areas)
Trailhead Package Two:
$3500
1 Hour of Professional Photography for your ceremony and portraits. Time can be used for first looks, portraits, and/or photos with guests.
Package Includes:
- Invite up to 10 guests
- Chairs provided for all guests
- Access to the Trailhead Terrace & Greenhouse for your ceremony and/or portraits
- Photo ops at the Venue (outdoor areas)
Trailhead Package Three:
$2950
1 Hour of Professional Photography for your ceremony and portraits. Time can be used for first looks, portraits, and/or photos with guests.

- Invite up to 10 guests
- Chairs provided for all guests
